E-FLIP studio service utilizes your documents & photo's to create your E-Flip product. Your E-Flip conversion will
be made to suit the purpose you have intended for it based on the materials provided. Creating your documents to convert
to the final E-Flip product is separate from the conversion per page cost but can happily be done for you.
Web Sites are created with affordability in mind. Once your website needs have been discussed in general, design
particulars will be obtained from you. Any content, written or graphics provided must be received in a timely
manner to ensure website delivery timeframes. You agree to authorize and grant Studio345.net access and
permission to set up or access website admin. and any applicable interfaced applications using or creating protected
uernames and password. Studio345.net can not be held responsible for 3rd party vendor performances.
Every effort will be made to complete work in time frames indicated to you however, illness, emergency, natural disasters,
etc. not of control may cause delay.
Revisions are a necessary part of the the design process and your satisfaction is of utmost priority but can not go on
indefinately. Five revisions during the design process are permitted with additional changes incurring hourly charge
thereafter.
The Small Business Package site is for the freelance design fee to develop, create, and deliver a Micrososft Office Live
website for small business. Hosting for this package is provided free through Microsoft Office Live as well as the blog
service if desired. This web package is only available for small businesses.
Other web solutions can be created for you and can be discussed and determined during a free consultation.
Print studio will involve general and specific design particulars to be discussed and agreed upon.
Any production specifics required to successfully print your product by a print vendor you are using MUST be provided
prior to final order placement and start of design.
Craigslist Ads are created using content and images provided by you. Any additional specially requested or created
images or content to be provided by Studio345.net could incur additional cost. Your ad image will be provided image
hosting for up to 3 months through the service I utilize as an added convenience to you, providing you a URL necessary
to post your ad on Craigslist. You can at your option host your image where ever you like.
Graphics & Changes:
NO alterations or revisions of any kind are allowed on any of our products without direct consent. If you would
like to alter any of our designs, you must email your request for consideration. Additionally, graphics are not
to be resold or reused for any reason without prior written permission. The only exception would be for a logo
designed and purchased by you.
Graphics can only be used in the manner for which they were intended and designed. Aside from logo's designed
for you there are no image rights conveyed. Some graphics may be licensed or provided by other artists and removing
or altering is not permitted.
Images and content provided by you in the design and development of any product for you is warranted by you that you
own or have express right to reproduce or utilize. Copyright laws apply.
Sales Are Final:
All sales are final. Paypal is our preferred method of payment and does NOT require you to have a paypal account in
order to complete a purchase.
Because of the nature of many of the services and products, and the amount of time and effort involved refunds are not
given. Web sites are payable in three increments. 1/3 at time of order, 1/3 upon approvalof initial concept and design
layout, final 1/3 on completion. Non-receipt of any payment due on any studio project will result in non-release and/or
completion of service.
